The Anthropology Museum is a top notch museum and one of my favorites in Mexico City, and the Castle is stunning and has gorgeous views of the skyline. Great work Miriam! “We arrived 10 minutes late to the meeting time and sent notice we would be late (via Viator app). Never heard back and group was long gone when we arrived. I attempted to call the telephone number provided, multiple times, and was never able to get in touch with anyone. Yes, it was my fault for being 10 minutes late (CDMX traffic!) but at least respond to me or provide a way to catch up with the group! I was very disappointed to miss the tour and hope my money is refunded. I have had other good experiences with Viator, FWIW.”

“The first part of the tour went relatively well. The tour guide was knowledgeable and personal. The stop for lunch also went well. However, in the afternoon, our tour guide was poor. He started off my letting us know that if we were tired and wanted to cancel the tour altogether, that was okay with him. He then asked us what we wanted to see. We had no idea what there was to see. We were counting on him to show us things. We then proceeded to walk around and he just told us what he knew about any particular building or place that we happened to be standing next…”
