I attempted to call the telephone number provided, multiple times, and was never able to get in touch with anyone. Yes, it was my fault for being 10 minutes late (CDMX traffic!) but at least respond to me or provide a way to catch up with the group! I was very disappointed to miss the tour and hope my money is refunded. I have had other good experiences with Viator, FWIW.”

“The only advantage of this tour is that they have tickets when direct purchases are not available for the day you want. They kept sending me their voucher, making me think there would be someone at the museum entrance. If there was one , I did not see them. Line went quickly.
