“This was a convenient way to quickly see the sites. Gio knew a lot of the history. The big bus experience is not for me. Instructions on what time to meet back were not always clear. It would have been nice to have more time at Guadalupe.”

“After receiving stern warnings to be on time, our driver (Juan) was 40 minutes late, citing heavy morning traffic. I was on the point of cancelling when the van finally arrived. We then started driving *into* the historic centre for a second pickup at 9:20am for a second pickup! I have been on other tours that dealt much better with the morning rush. This meant we set off from Mexico City around 10:20, and were caught in further queues on our way to Puebla. He also went to the wrong side of the cathedral square which caused a further delay. The tour guide was often having to give him navigation…”

“This trip was very good. Our tour guide Lolve was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. We had enough time to visit pyramids. The lunch was not bad. But at the end of the tour, at Basilica, there were extremely long wasting time in the shop instead of watching Basilica. That was the only minus of the trip.”
