“This was a highlight of our trip. Lucia graciously welcomed us into her beautiful home and garden and taught us to cook several authentic Mexican dishes. We were given 3 choices on a main dish and we settled on a stuffed poblano and Mexican rice. We also made sopes with chorizo, 3 types of fried quesadilla, red and green salsas, and a wonderful poached guava dessert. Lucia is sophisticated and warm and she was so helpful in helping us plan other unique experiences to explore more of Mexico City during the remainder of or trip.
