I only docked one star because this experience is marketed to start at 9 PM, but it actually started at 9:45 PM. As such, my family and I could only stay for half of the show because it had gotten quite late and we had to wake up early the next day for a tour. I told them where my hotel was so I could be picked up.Day before they tell me my hotel wasn't in the pickup zone, I would need to pay more, for an uber. I asked them to tell me where I needed to uber to. They said they would let me know. Day of, I ask again, since I didnt hear back. They responded telling me to pay 500MXD more for a private guide, since no one else had booked the tour. This was 2 hours before. No one was going…”
